Guy W. Hill
Guy earned his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies in 2014 from Keiser University. Before that he earned his Associates of Applied Science in Criminal Justice Technology from Brevard Community College. Beyond his college education he continually attends seminars and workshops in various areas of law and investigative techniques in order to remain current.
Experience and Practice at Volk Law:
Guy is a member of the Paralegal Association of Florida and the National Association of Legal Assistants. He enjoys conducting legal research and analysis and with his background as an investigator, complement those skills. Since joining Volk Law Offices, P.A. he has worked primarily in the areas of real estate and property law. Guy’s approach to handling a case or legal matter is to never be afraid to think outside of the box.
Guy has a combined experience of over 16-years in law enforcement and investigative work. His areas of specialty are criminal law, dependency law, alternative dispute resolution, and special education law advocating for children with special needs. Guy has attended and participated in arbitration hearings representing companies during the proceedings in an attempt to avoid litigation.
Guy has been a martial artist for over 35-years. He operated his own school in Ohio focusing on personal protection and self-defense. In his off-time he enjoys spending time with his family and going to Siesta Key Beach.
