VolkLaw Attorneys Attended the Melbourne Chamber Breakfast Discu

VolkLaw Attorneys Michael Dujovne and Brian Solomon attended the Melbourne Regional Chamber of Commerce Breakfast held on February 7, 2019 in Viera, Florida. The breakfast meeting included a panel discussion with Eva Rey, Director of Community Development Management with The Viera Company, Dr. Brenda Fettrow, Rockledge City Manager and Todd Foley, General Manager of the Suntree Master Homeowners Association. The panel discussed economic development in Rockledge, Viera and Suntree. Dr. Fettrow highlighted the construction of a new fire station, ongoing projects to convert homes from septic to sewer and PIRTEK USA’s relocation of the Corporate Office in the City of Rockledge. Ms. Rey discussed the continuing development of the Viera Master Development Plan that began 30 years ago. Continued development will occur with emphasis on access roads, additional hotel accommodations, and plans for a potential commerce park for technology businesses.  From all accounts, Brevard County will continue to experience growth and advancement in the coming years.
