Kevin M. Barr, Esq.

Kevin M. Barr is primarily a research and writing attorney whose practice centers on investigating and analyzing legal issues and crafting persuasive written advocacy in Volk Law’s real estate, business, commercial, and construction matters. He works closely with the firm’s litigators to evaluate complex questions of law, anticipate outcomes, draft dispositive and pretrial motions, prepare briefs, and refine arguments that align with each client’s specific objectives.

Kevin graduated magna cum laude from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, FL, where he served as a senior editor on the law review and was selected as a Dean’s Study Fellow in Constitutional Law, Torts, and Business Organizations, assisting published legal scholars with complicated research and providing academic support and mentorship to fellow students in core doctrinal areas. These roles refined Kevin’s attention to detail and commitment to methodical legal analysis anchored in practical litigation results.

Before joining Volk Law Offices, Kevin worked at an insurance defense firm, gaining hands-on experience with motion practice, case evaluation, and litigation strategy across a broad range of civil disputes. Kevin brings a disciplined, solutions-oriented approach to every case and assignment, with the goal of equipping trial counsel with concise, carefully researched work product that advances clients’ interests efficiently and effectively.

In his free time, Kevin enjoys attending Orlando Magic games, reading books about American history, biking, learning about cars, and spending time with his loved ones.
