Donna D. Etter

Donna is a native Floridian who moved to Brevard County in January 2020 from the Sarasota/Bradenton area. She has worked in the legal field for more than 39 years with law firms ranging from the solo practitioner to large law firms as a legal assistant, paralegal, bookkeeper, and manager. Donna has extensive experience in leading a team; solid interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; sound organizational skills and efficiency; as well as substantial computer skills. Donna graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and from American University Washington College of Law with a Master’s in Legal Studies with a specialization in health care law and information technology. Donna is a certified paralegal with the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). Stephanie Mathusa

Stephanie is a native of Brevard County, and graduate of Rockledge High School. She has a B.S. in Therapeutic Recreation from Florida International University in Miami, Florida and worked in the field of social work before beginning her career as a paralegal. In 2001 she discovered a passion for legal service while working for the law firm of Rose & Weller in Cocoa Beach, Florida.  She earned her Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies in 2009 and has since continued to broaden her knowledge in civil litigation, real estate, business law, foreclosure and homeowner’s association matters.
