Lori Cardew-Lowers, Esq. has been admitted to the Florida Bar (2005) and achieved Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Psychology, graduating summa cum laude from Albright College (2000).
Ms. Cardew-Lowers has worked in multi-national and mid-size Florida firms. She also has extensive experience as in-house counsel, working for one of the largest land developers in Brevard County at the time. She has experience in land use and permitting raw land, easement and boundary disputes. Ms. Cardew-Lowers has experience negotiating, drafting and reviewing various development agreements, impact-fee agreements and license agreements.
Ms. Cardew-Lowers also has experience negotiating, drafting and reviewing real estate contracts, both residential and commercial, as well as homeowner association declaration drafting and reviewing.
She is a member of the Florida Bar Association (including the Association’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section) and the Brevard County Bar Association.
